How does Go Media charge for graphic design?

It depends. Go Media tailors our billing to fit the client and project. Here are our most common ways of charging:

Project Based Billing. The vast majority of our billing is project based. We will discuss the details of your project and provide a proposal (quote) so you know exactly what the work will cost prior to us getting started. We then bill monthly over the course of the design project.

Hourly. Clients can choose to go with defined hourly rates. This approach ensures the most fair outcome for both parties. We typically use hourly billing for clients that have consistent work for us.

Payment Plan. In some cases we are able to set up an extended payment plan depending on the project and client.

Subscription Billing. For ongoing services like hosting and website maintenance, Go Media requires a credit card and automatic payments.

Custom. Each client has unique needs. We're happy to work with you to create a payment plan that works for you.

What if I don't like my design?

Go Media will rework your design until you're happy. Everything we do at Go Media is iterative. In other words, we break your design project down into a series of small steps, getting your approval on each as we work. We do our research first. Then we get to know your particular design taste. Next we put together style boards to present possible directions. Your first graphic design concepts will explore that direction with a small portion of your project. Step by step we review these designs with you and make revisions based on your feedback. This process ensure that you're happy with the final results.

In the extremely rare event that you're still not happy, we will refund your money.

How long does a graphic design project take?

Can you provide photography and copywriting?

Yes and No. Go Media does not employ photographers and copywriters, but we have resources and vendors we work with regularly. Rest assured that these outside vendors will be managed by us and work seamlessly into your project.

Photography. Most of our clients use some mix of stock and original photography in their projects. Fortunately, the quality of stock photography has improved dramatically over the last decade. Stock photography is a major cost savings over hiring a professional photographer. Having said that, professional photographers still serve a vital role in many projects. Go Media can help recommend high quality and reliable photographers.

Copywritng. Go Media believes strongly that design follows messaging. Our designs need to support the persona and communications of your brand. A good writer makes all the difference in the effectiveness of your project. Go Media has a vetted list of award winning writers that we've worked with regularly over the years. We'll recommend, onboard and manage your copywriter. To you, the experience will be the same as if the copywriter was on our staff.

What file formats to I recieve at the end of my project?

Exactly what you need. Go Media works in all industry standard software. We're able to output most projects in a variety of formats. Additionally, we always discuss what file formats you'll need prior to starting your project.

File formats include, but are not limited to:

Software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, Adobe Premiere, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.

Files: .pdf, .jpeg, .png, .svg, .tiff, .psd, .ai, etc
